Having been in real estate as a career over 30 years, I have the experience to give you the best information to help you achieve your real estate goals selling or buying. Today, many feel their home is a "Tear Down", that is not always true. Many sellers could get a higher amount and more money in their pockets at closing by selling to someone who wants to keep the home. I began my career working for a multifamily developer, managing, and doing restoration budgets for distressed multifamily properties prior to my real estate license. After, I worked for builders building homes and developing residential neighborhoods. Next moved into residential general real estate helping sellers and buyers’ market and buy homes. I began investing in real estate myself, buying, renovating, and selling homes for a profit. Today, my husband and I invest in homes and land, developing subdivisions, buying homes to renovate and resell at a profit and redeveloping certain real estate parcels. I also have buyers who do the same and buyers looking for a home to call their own.

That said, in my experience as a Tampa real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.


This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
